We are proud to announce that the Nightside NS01 table lamp has been honored with the esteemed A' Design Award in the field of lighting design. The Awards gala was held at the Teatro Sociale in Como, Italy, and brought together designers from all over the world and across several industries.

How It Works

Inside the NS01 is a patented multi-lens projection system that creates a bright and focused spotlight that won't bother a sleeping partner.

A press on the top of the lamp extends the spotlight, which is fully adjustable up to 90 degrees and holds its position wherever it is directed.

Because the lamp relies on only a single LED light source, the dimmer knob controls the brightness of the spotlight as well as the glow from the lamp itself.

When will my order ship?

How big is the lamp?

The lamp dimensions are 18" (46cm) H x 6" (15cm) W x 6". You can also see an augmented reality preview of the lamp in your space by clicking here and following the steps using a smartphone.

How bright is the LED?

The Nightside NS01 uses a CREE warm-white LED (XPLAWT-00-0000-000HU40E7) that is rated at 340 lumens. This is a very bright LED, with a color temperature of 3000K (warm white) and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80.

How long does the LED last?

The Nightside’s Cree LED is rated to last 50,000 hours. In practical terms, even if the lamp is used for 8 hours a day, it could last for over 17 years. Cree LEDs are highly energy efficiency and offer consistent performance and long-term reliability.

How much power does the lamp use?

Because it uses a single LED, the Nightside NS01 is the most energy efficient table lamp in the market today, using only a single Watt of power.

How long is the lamp cord?

The NS01 comes with a USB Type C cord that measures 6 ft. long, but any length USB-C cord can be used instead.

Does the NS01 have a battery?

No, there is no battery. The lamp is powered directly from an outlet.

How do I clean the fabric shade?

The fabric shade must be hand-washed to avoid shrinkage. Please follow the steps in the video here.

What warranty is offered?

Although we do not currently offer a warranty on our products, we encourage all customers to email us at support@nightside.com so we can help resolve any product issues directly. For items that arrive in a defective state, please follow the process outlined in our Refund policy here.
