Returns
We want you to love our products, but if you don't we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, components, and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@nightside.com and include the reason for your return and a photo of the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once a return request has been made customer has 10 days from that date to either ship the product or provide proof of shipping and the expected delivery date to support@nightside.com or else the return will be refused.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted on all returned items. Items that show signs of tampering or reverse engineering will be refused and no refund will be given.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, email a photo of the damage or defect along with your order number to support@nightside.com within 5 days following the delivery date of your order. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue. We stand by the quality of our products and our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nightside.com.
