Shipping Policy
Your cart will reflect the different shipping options for your item(s). Once your order is placed, items usually ship within 1-5 business days. We will let you know when we have shipped your order. Once your order leaves our studio, we do not have any control over the shipping details. All of the timing, handling, and updates are handled by the shipping carrier.
When finalizing your order online, please ensure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect it once it has been sent. Nightside will not be held liable for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Please also note that Nightside cannot be held liable for packages that are not received but are tracked as "delivered". If a shipment is returned to us, we are happy to reship it for you, however, the customer is responsible for any fees to reship the package(s).
Please inspect packages carefully upon delivery and contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery to report any items lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit. Strict reporting timelines imposed by carriers require notification of any discrepancies during this time. After 5 days from delivery, any items lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Due to limited supply we are currently only taking orders from customers in North America, but we hope to ship internationally in the near future.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any and all import taxes and duties for products that cross international borders outside of the United States.
If you have purchased a product(s) from Nightside outside of the United States and need to make a return, be sure to inform the return shipping carrier that your shipment is a RETURN. Otherwise you may be asked to pay taxes and duties for the shipment. When your return is processed import taxes will be reimbursed to the purchaser along with product purchase(s) minus any restocking fees.
